Glitch in studio? Help?

In my games, I was able to like, put blocks through blocks to make it look complete...Now, if I try to run a block into another, it just blocks it and doesn't let me resize it into it. Help?

There's an option somewhere that allows you to move bricks inside of others but can't remember where it is
