I'm getting "too many redirects" on my chrome browser.

Okay, so I don't usually use the forums so forgive me if I miss some sort of protocol. I've been having an issue on my primary account "LettuceHeads" where when I try to log in I am stuck in some sort of redirect loop. I'm obviously able to login on other accounts so it is only my LettuceHeads account that is affected. I've tried deleting my cookies, restarting my computer, refreshing the page, using a different computer entirely, and using another browser. I have also emailed [email protected] on this matter but I haven't recieved a reply. This was at five fifty AM EST. If you have any information or are suffering from the same problem please let me know.

I have also noticed that I can't search LettuceHeads in the people directory. I know my account wasn't deleted because whenever I get the error my friends see my account go online for a little while.

I found someone with the same problem and we both uploaded our own meshes before we were stuck in a redirect loop or whatever this is.

Ask your friends to go to their friends list, and check wether LettuceHeads has the text "This user has been restricted." or not - if so, your account has been d00m3d.

My user isn't restricted. Actually it's quite the opposite. When I get the "too many redirects" error my account goes online for a couple minutes.

Before you jump to conclusions on something based on the title read the actual post. It's not a problem with chrome, it's a problem with Roblox. I only added that it was on a chrome browser for the benefit of those who could actually help.

From what I am hearing, it appears the account has been banned. I say this because: You stated that LettuceHead doesn't show up when you search it. Getting a Membership Disabled link ( meaning you either got warned, banned, or terminated. Try contacting [email protected] and wait at least 3-5 business days.

My account has not been banned because, as I stated in an earlier reply, when I get the error my account shows as online for my friends. I can also find my account's profile through my friends list. From what I can gather this is just a bug and I already messaged [email protected] several days ago. Another victim of the same bug messaged some staff on Roblox and they confirmed that this was just a bug.

I think this is on roblox's end. It seems people who are getting banned recently are getting that error. I bet most of these are just ban warnings but Roblox has trouble loading the page causing too many redirects. Let's see if they will fix it.
