Whenever I add or paste a new part, it always goes less than a stud offgrid and it makes buildings lopsided.

If your in studio, Click the Model tab, then change your scale to 1/5th stud. Then it's as easy as using the move tool to place the part back in alignment.

That seems like a solution for a single one but I seriously don't want to have to do it everytime I replicate something.

Try duplicating it instead, control D will do it then it just pastes inside of the original object.
