You EXPLICITLY have to be Banned for SCAMMING in order to have no chance to DevEx, not breaking rules such as "no Off-Site links" and such.

Yes, scamming should be excluded from this. And chances are, you would probably be terminated anyways. I'm talking about other things, like breaking the ToS. |

Yes! And add back the Moderation History to prove that you don't break the rules anymore and it was just nice to look at to see when your last ban was, the reason why and what to not do agin.
