McDonalds has many members joining the family each day. Your job, as an interviewer+ is to give them an opportunity to become part of our family. There are many interview sessions hosted throughout the day at our interview building and there is no possible way we could do it without our interviewers. Here are the many rules, steps, and guidelines to follow during interviews. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ While a interviewing session is active, as an interviewer your job is to either stand at the front counter to give off numbers for interviews or select customers by number to be interviewed. Interviewing Counter Instructions: If you are taking the responsibility of giving customers their number here is what you need to do.. Standing at the counter only requires two interviewers+, please do not go over two people at the counter. Politely ask the customers to get into two separate lines, and proceed to do the following: If they are not a customer they may not be interviewed, and you can politely tell them to join the group and rejoin. If they have joined the group and are in the customer rank, ask them to please say 'sw4u' to see if they safe-chat (it will appear in hashtags if they do). If they do, then politely tell them that they may not apply for the job due to having safe-chat, and to please step out of the line. If they don't listen then re-spawn them or ask for help from another interviewer+. Next you will have to check their account 'age' for accounts under 15 days may not apply. To do so, say ':age (customers name)'. If there account is old enough then you may proceed. Next you need to give them a number. You should go by numerical order so doubling numbers is not allowed. If there isn't a number #03 after the #01 and #02 then you can give them the number #03. To do so, name the customer by saying ':name (customers name) #03' If you need help at any time ask another interviewer or message an manager+. The last step is to please ask them to take a seat and wait for there number to be called. You have officially been through the process of handing out a number. :) Proceed this ENTIRE process for each customer. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Interviewing Instructions: If you have chosen to interview applying customers that already have a number go in numerical order and select them to be interviewed. First walk up to them and politely ask them to follow you into the room and if they’re ready for their interview. Walk up with your applying customer to the door to the back interviewing room and bring your customer to a office. Both of you should sit down and start the interview process by asking how their day is and introducing yourself, also you can remind them that grammar is key. Here are the steps and questions to ask the applyer: 1) Have you held any previous jobs on roblox and if so what? 2) How long do you plan to spend here at McDonalds? 3) Why do you want to be a part of the McDonalds family? 4) How would you deal with a troller? 5) What is one food item on our menu? 6) What do you think is most important in the trainee role? 7) Do you know how to use the Hand-To Tool? If so, how? 8) What is your introduction when a customer approaches you at the counter? 9) On a scale of 1-10 how active are you? 10) How long have you been apart of our group? Think over their grammar and how fast they responded, and decide if they deserve the job. Once you have decided whether they deserve the job or not, you may tell them their results. Make sure to be very polite if they did not make the job. If they did, congratulate them and rank them by using your group admin on the group page. REMEMBER YOU CAN ONLY RANK THEM AS HIGH AS TRAINEE!!! After you have successfully ranked them to trainee respawn them by saying ‘:respawn (customers name)’ or tell them to reset if you do not have admin.
