Yes, I am aware we haven’t been active. But for those of you blaming it solely on the Officers, who have in fact tried holding many events for you, you have no right to do so. Most of the time when they’ve tried to hold an event, anywhere between 1-3 people would show up. Or even no people at all. Because of this, most officers have lost the motivation to hold events and morale is overall at a very low point. We fail to hold events because, well, you guys fail to show up to them. This is a two-way thing as I like to call it. Officers hold events, troops attend events. When one is lacking or even gone, the other begins to fade away. If we can get at least ten people or more per training, patrol, raid, or anything else, that would help boost our own morale up to the point where we aren’t asking ourselves the question, “Hey, what’s the point of holding this is nobody is going to show up?” I personally don’t want to ask myself that again, but it probably will. So, how are we going to solve this? I don’t know. I and the other officers can hold events again on the chance that somebody will actually show up, or we can wait for you guys to start making plans amongst yourselves, and maybe if we can see a troop-started patrol with 5+ people, our morale will go up to a point where we are willing to hold things again. But seriously guys, I am tired of holding events with little-to-no people showing up. It just makes it overall not worth our time when we can be doing better things. I wasted a good 30 minutes waiting for people to show and nobody did. So let’s see if we can work together on this and fix this activity drought together. Please leave feedback below. |
