No support, ROBLOX needs to keep a record of those accounts. If they let you use their username, and then it turns out that the person was wrongly terminated and should be restored (I've seen this happen), what happens then? Also, as previously mentioned, most accounts are terminated FOR their name.

Shadow, that still doesn't change the fact that plenty of accounts are made with offensive names. Those should not be reusable.
