The NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) is here for not just the travel community, but the ROBLOX community. This league uses a travel ball (pink ball). Do not be fooled by the ball. This league is run by the most mature and disciplined leadership ROBLOX has ever seen. We are here to make this a great experience for you. From interviews to endorsements, we will do everything in our power to make this the most realistic experience for you. Lastly, make sure you recruit. ★ 2 ★ - Size Chart & Corresponding Speed Rules
Size Range: 0.8 to 1.15
Speed Chart: (Lengthy)
- 0.8 = 26 walkspeed
- 0.85 = 25.5 walkspeed
- 0.90 = 25 walkspeed
- 0.95 = 24.5 walkspeed
- Normal Size = 24 walkspeed
- 1.05 = 23.5 walkspeed
- 1.10 = 23 walkspeed
- 1.15 = 22.5 walkspeed
Sizes are new to the travel community and maybe to many other football communities surrounding us, but I assure you that the same amount of fun will come out of sizes, maybe even a little bit more. Players will be asked to register a size on a separate forum. Those who do not register will be placed at a normal height. You can either be Calvin Johnson or Wes Welker, the choice is yours. (Note: The smaller you are the faster you go.)

★ 3 ★ - CAP Space Obligations
The Salary Cap is a set amount of money that team's may spend on players. Meaning, Coaches may organize player contracts in favor of the Cap. Teams may not go over the CAP. The minimum salary for a player is 1 mil. No underpaying players. Construct your player contracts wisely coaches.
REPEAT - MINIMUM SALARY IS 1 MIL.

★ 4 ★ - Gameplay
- Snapping is now a part of the NCAA.
- Before the play all WRs are required to be in the "WR Stance" before the QB calls set. False start will be called if this fails to happen.
- CBS (not d-linemen) are required to be in CB Stance pre-snap.
- Touchdowns are 6 points, PAT is +1 point added, 2-Point Conversion is +2 points added.
- CBs are not aloud to bait out of bounds or they will be called for illegal touching.
- If a WR steps out of bounds without being tackled and/or updated he is illegal and may not touch the ball on the play.
- If a WR is knocked out of bounds he must come in right away or he is deemed illegal. No routes out of bounds.
- If a quarterback passes the line of scrimmage (unless he sneaks.) It is an automatic loss of down.
- 2 screens/hand-offs are aloud a drive.
- All games must be either 6v6 or 5v5. Nothing lower than a 5v5.
- Coaches may only contain moderator admin to ensure no inadequate bans will occur.
- No double passes aloud.
- CBs may jam WRs within five yards of the line of scrimmage, anything beyond that will be called a pass interference.
- Constantly overruling the calls of a referee and cheating will not be tolerated. If an administrator of NCAA finds out about this kind of behavior, you will be severely punished. Maybe not, depends on the circumstances.
- You may not jump after you catch the ball.
- All games will be set at 8 minutes a quarter. Halftime is 5 minutes. (Skip if necessary.)
- Must be at the very least 2 referees at every game.
- There MUST be someone to control the chains.
- PC (Play Clock) is a short amount of time you have before you have to hike the ball. If you do not hike the ball in this amount of time you will be penalized 5 yards. You may not hike the ball until a ref blows the whistle and/or calls PC.
- KWR (Kick When Ready) means exactly what it says. You may not kick before the ref says KWR. If you are noticeably wasting time the other team will be auto downed at the 40.
- 3 time outs per HALF.
- If you kick out of bounds the ball is automatically downed a the 40 on kickoffs.
- The ball must be kicked from the 50 yard line.
- Safeties are +2 to the team who caused it. A Safety is when a player is tackled in his own endzone after succeeding in getting past it. It is not a safety if the person who was tackled in the endzone did not come out of the endzone.
- Touchbacks are auto downed at the 20.
- If a player fumbles out of the back of the other team's end zone, it will be the other team's ball at the 20.
- Lag Sacks will result in a redo.
- Ball glitches will result in a redo.
- In overtime the first team to score a TOUCHDOWN wins. If a team only manages to muster a field goal the other has a chance to score. But if they fail to score at all they lose the game. If they make a FG they tie the game thus forcing the other team to have to score again. THIS TIME a FG is only need to win the game.

- If any more players than the regulation range walk on then that team will be deducted 5 yards.
- Teams get two challenges per game, 1 challenge per half. If you win the challenge you keep it. If you lose the challenge you no longer have that challenge.
- Refs must act in a civilized manner of they will be FIRED indefinitely.
- 14 games in a SEASON.

★ 6 ★ - Suspension Scale
Ways to get suspended include (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
A) Disobeying ANY rules repeatedly.
B) Leaving your team without permission from your coach (without release card.) [1 season suspension]
The scale goes this way:
1) Warning
2) 1 game suspension
3) 3 game suspension
4) 14 game suspension (Entire regular season)
5) PERMANENT exile (You will NOT be allowed back into the league.)
*Suspensions can also vary depending on the admin's discretion*

★ 7 ★ - NCAA Jobs/Policies for 'said Jobs
Jobs at the NCAA are reserved for only the most mature and disciplined. For any job a application will be up if we are in the need for a position. IF there is no application up for that particular job do not keep begging to have that job. Referees though? You can never have too many of them. We are willing to take as many civilized refs as we can find. As for the refs being able to play on teams? You are aloud to be on a team but you may not ref if you're team is playing obviously. Other jobs such as EB are very hard to earn. You must prove that you are the right person for the job. Applications will be sent out only if we have a position for EB.

★ 8 ★ - Forfiet Policy
Teams are allowed 1 forfeit per every 5 week period. More than 1 forfeit in this time period will lead to the team being cut from the league, the roster becoming free agents, and the team owner being suspended for 2 seasons. Teams who show up to every 5 games in that period will be rewarded with an extra 5M added to their cap space. **VIA NRBA**

TEAM HOTELS: Team Hotels only apply for the two championship teams. They will have a hotel to hangout at prior to the game. Coaches will receive owner admin at their hotels.
