While I don't agree with this post, I love how everyone thinks that the HQ's gonna go down if they add tickets back, like tickets are equivalent to R$. Yes, obviously the only way to keep the site running is by not allowing users to buy anything without real currency.

I don't understand why so much people are against this. Roblox is not literally only meant for players to only make games. In the old trailers from 2008 it literally says 'Roblox - Online Social Hangout' and 'Meet Interesting People'. Customizing your avatar is one of Robloxs key features, and removing tix, giving no players any money and forcing them to buy it with their money or else take free, ugly, OD'ing hats from the catalog ruins it.
If Roblox spends so much money on servers and cares about its players, then why do they have DevEx where they PAY money to players for creating games that gives them traffic? Roblox is meant to be a free game, it's not an exclusive game you pay money to play. Except in mostly every trailer except the latest hanging out with other plays, playing games, and character customization is a key feature. This is not a communist dictatorship where you are forced to make your own game to enjoy others.
I'm not saying it is, but like I said tons of times before commercials and adverts claim ROBLOX as not only building games, but as a social hangout and ability to customize you character. In the 2008 trailers the game points out all the hats, shirts, pants, and gear you can all get and infinite customization of your character. This can only be done by getting R$, with now requires BC.
R$ is used for much other things now, including Paid Access, Game passes, and Gear, so no, it's not only to customize your character.
Keep in mind that this only gives NBC players 1 R$ per week, thus making you wait 2 years to get 100 R$, so it's not greedy. The only people who don't want this to happen is to actual BC players, who don't want their benefits to be lost. |

Roblox needs cash to keep up with their business. Also, ticket farms were everywhere and they fed the main account. Then the main account could trade the tickets for Robux.
