[I - Dress Code]
-While on duty, recruiting or interviewing other people, or during a ceremony you're expected to wear the
appropriate Dress Blues corresponding to your rank in the United States Military.
-While on duty, assisting a Basic Military Training, or spectating one, you're expected to wear the appropriate
Deltas/Charlies corresponding to your rank in the United States Military.

[II - Interview Procedure]
Here is a list of the types of questions your obligated to ask the person you're recruiting;
-Ask why the person you're recruiting wants to enlist into the Military.
-Ask why the person you're recruiting has chosen the Marines over any other branches.
-Ask if the person you're recruiting has even been in the Military Prison or the Federal Prison.
-Ask if the person you're recruiting is in another United States of America Group.
-Ask if the person you're recruiting is in another United States Military Group.
Any other questions you come up with are optional and not mandatory. If they are inappropriate, the
Recruiter will receive a penalty.

[III - Recruitment Command Enlisted Ranks]
-Recruiter in Training
The lowest position in the Recruiting Command, reserved only for enlisted personnel. Granted the E2-E3 positions
in the United States Military and the [Basic Training] Position in the United States Marine Corps. May not go on
duty without the supervision of atleast one Recruiting Command personnel ranked Junior Recruiter or higher.
Tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and non-citizens into enlisting into the United States
Military and the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times and to hand out audit logs weekly.
-Junior Recruiter
The Junior Recruiter is tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and Non Citizens into enlisting into
the United States Military and the United States Marine Corps. Granted the E4-E5 positions in the United States
Military and the [Training Education and Command] Position in the United States Marine Corps.
Tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and non-citizens into enlisting into the United States
Military and the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times and to hand out audit logs weekly.
-Recruiter
The Recruiter is tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and Non Citizens into enlisting into
the United States Military and the United States Marine Corps. Granted the E6-E7 positions in the United States
Military and the [Training Education and Command] Position in the United States Marine Corps.
Tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and non-citizens into enlisting into the United States
Military and the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times and to hand out audit logs weekly.
-Senior Recruiter
The Senior Recruiter is tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and Non Citizens into enlisting into
the United States Military and the United States Marine Corps. Granted the E8-E9 positions in the United States
Military and the [Training Education and Command] Position in the United States Marine Corps.
Tasked with persuading other United States Citizens and non-citizens into enlisting into the United States
Military and the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times. and to hand out audit logs weekly.
This position is the highest enlisted non-comissioned position in the Recruiting Command.

[IV - Recruitment Command Officer Ranks]

-Interviewer
The lowest officer position in the Recruiting Command, reserved only for officers. Granted the O1-O2 positions
in the United States Military and the [Training Education and Command] Position in the United States Marine Corps.
Tasked with persuading other United States Citizens into enlisting into the United States Military, United States
Marine Corps and the Recruiting Command.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times. This position is the highest enlisted non-comissioned
position in the Recruiting Command. May recruit only the amount of people that he has been instructed to do by
the Chief of Staff or higher.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times and to hand out audit logs weekly.
-Chief of Staff
Tasked with overseeing all of the Recruiting Command personnel, handing out recruiting limits to Interviewers,
ranking up & down staff appropriately and moderating the audit logs of Recruiters and Interviewers weekly.
The Chief of Staff is responsible for the audit logs made by the Recruiting Command personnel, even if any
of them are missing. Obligated to hand out audit logs to the Commanding Officer once a week. Granted O3-O4
positions in the United States Military and the [Command/Division Sergeant Major] in the United States Marine
Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code at all times.
-Executive Officer
Tasked with executing the commands of the Commanding Officer, and replacing him when absent or when the Commanding
Officer is unable to execute orders. Granted the O5-O6 positions in the United States Military and the
[Commanding Officer] position in the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code most of the times.
-Commanding Officer
Tasked with executing orders that will benefit the Recruiting Command in a way. Also tasked with overseeing the
Recruiting Command staff and if everything has been executed appropriately. Reports directly to the Commanding
General of the Recruiting Command. Granted the O5-O6 Positions in the United States Military and the
[Commanding Officer] position in the United States Marine Corps.
Is obligated to follow the Dress Code most of the times.

[V - Promotion System]

The promotion system is point-based.
The current rank threshold, arranged by lowest to highest is:
-Junior Recruiter[15]
-Recruiter[50]
-Senior Recruiter[95]
-Interviewer[155]
These Promotion points, PPs for short, are awarded by the Chief of Staff. Ways of aquiring PPs are listed
here:
-Recruiting a US Citizen[1]
-Recruiting a non US Citizen[3]
-Good behaviour.[5]
-Turning in an Audit Log.[6]
The Chief of Staff is storing the amount of PPs a Recruiter has, and uppon the appropriate amount will send
the Recruiter a private message asking the Recruiter if he will take the promotion, or stay at the position
he currently has.

[VI - Penalty Sytem]
[-]=====================================================================================[-]
The penalty system is based off of removing Promotion Points and penalizing failure and bad behaviour.
The Chief of Staff, can remove promotion points. Ways of one getting their PPs removed are listed here:
-Recruiting a citizen of another USA[2]
-Recruiting a member of another USM.[4]
-Bad behaviour.[6]
-Failure to turn in an audit log.[11]
-Turning in a faulty audit log. [9]
If a Recruiters promotion points have fell below the rank threshold, he is demoted without a notice. And
if a Recruiters promotion points fall below 0, he is suspended until further notice.

[VII - Audit Logs]
[-]=====================================================================================[-]
The audit logs happen once a week, and will appear on the Recruitment Command Shout. All Recruiters and
Interviewers are to send a Private Message to the Chief of Staff within two days of the shout. The private
message should be set in this format, and the staff that is sending the audit log is expected to fill in the
required infromation.

Failure to send an audit log will result in a penalty.
