1. Introduction
This official guide of The Robloxian Army Combat Medics serves as a document to cover many important aspects for members of TRACM. It will cover rules, expectations, leadership qualities, promotions, and other general information.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
2. Division Purpose
The Robloxian Army Combat Medics is currently the only official and active conditional division in The Robloxian Army TRA. They work with healing tools that are placed in forts and training places to aid members in need of medical assistance and give our fighting forces the extra health they need to beat their opponents on the battlefield. There are multiple ways in which the Combat Medics are taught to heal in any condition or area when given the tools. The events held in TRACM are meant to be extra activities to assist TRA members in combat skills and teamwork.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
3. Rules
1| Follow all TRA rules currently set in the official TRA guide (Found in TRA group desc.).
2| Listen to the directions of all Instructors in trainings, meetings, and other events. Be aware that TRA rank overrides TRACM ranks in all situations unless otherwise directed.
3| Promotions are earned; asking for a promotion will always lower your chances of being promoted.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
4. Training Guidelines
1| Trainings may begin when at least 3 TRACM members are present (excluding Surgeons+ and the Instructor) and an Army Doctor+ is hosting.
2| All trainings must be focused on medical or combat related events.
3| It is recommended that instructors choose at least one event specifically brought up in the recommended drill list below. (This is optional.)
4| While posting on the main TRA wall, make sure to specify that it is a Combat Medics training by using the tag [TRAINING//TRACM] at the beginning of your post.
5| Training Rights are not required to host Combat Medic trainings, but you must follow all other TRA Training Department Guidelines. The Surgeon General will inspect trainings to ensure that they are medically related and follow proper training structures.
6| TRACM trainings may only be hosted at Official Combat Medics Training Facilities, which are listed in the group's places.

5. Ranks
Promotions are given to members of TRACM who excel during trainings, and during other rare occasions such as successful defenses or raids with a medic class. When giving promotions, instructors should consider these guidelines.
[TRAINEE]: This rank is given to those who simply join the group. The only requirement is that you are in The Robloxian Army TRA.
[MEDICAL INTERN]: Awarded to those who have a basic knowledge of the current medkits and can use them properly.
[PARAMEDIC]: Those who begin to prioritize healing targets and can reach their destination as quickly as possible to heal their target under stress. Decent combat skills are recommended.
[COMBAT MEDIC]: Those who have basic combat skills and excel in healing.
[EXPERT FIELD MEDIC]: Any member who exceeds in both combat and healing is awarded this rank. Expert Field Medic is considered the last Low Rank in TRACM, and must be voted upon to become an Army Doctor.
[ARMY DOCTOR]: The best of the best, these members excel in all areas previously stated and are the first Hi-Com rank of Combat Medics. They are the ones who start to host multiple trainings for the TRACM low ranks. Army Doctors are voted in by Surgeons+ during group meetings.
[SURGEON]: Those who are proficient in their duties as an Army Doctor. They are tasked with bringing up the next generation of medics by hosting trainings and enforcing the rules. Surgeons are voted on by the Assistant Surgeon Generals, Advisors, and Surgeon General.
[ADVISOR]: Those who have gained a large amount of experience in the Combat Medics. Advisors are the members who obviously give advice to the Surgeon General in his work in the Combat Medics. Ex-High Ranks will often be granted this rank to assist the Surgeon General in important decisions much like the Assistant Surgeon Generals.
[ASSISTANT SURGEON GENERAL]: The Assistant Surgeon Generals, who can be regarded as those second-in-command of the medics, are handpicked by the Surgeon General and assist them with their work in running the group and helping to evaluate Army Doctors for Surgeon.
[SURGEON GENERAL]: The leader of the Combat Medics, who oversees everything and ensures that the division continues to prosper.
[COMMANDER]: The commander of The Robloxian Army TRA, who owns both The Robloxian Army TRA and The Robloxian Army Combat Medics.

6. Becoming an Army Doctor
In order to become an army doctor, one must first be the rank of Expert field medic in TRACM and a Sergeant+ in TRA. They must show keen leadership and training qualities by co-hosting at combat medics trainings, as well as good grammar, possess a high level of maturity, be highly active in both TRA and TRACM, show good communication skills, and understand the duties of what the rank of Army Doctor entails. Having Teamspeak 3, owning the official TRACM Medic Patch T-shirt and being active on the TRA teamspeak server will definitely increase the chances of being chosen for Army Doctor. The High Command of the combat medics (ranks Army Doctor through Surgeon General) will then discuss the member in question at a group meeting and will vote on whether or not to promote a said Expert Field Medic to Army Doctor. If a majority vote passes the motion to promote said member, they will be promoted and a group shout will announce their promotion. They will then be contacted by an Assistant Surgeon General and briefed on the tools they can use to help them host TRACM trainings and perform their duties.
B| Duties of an Army Doctor
Army Doctors must stay active in TRACM and host trainings every so often. They must enforce the rules in both this guide and the TRA guide during trainings, meetings, and on the wall, and must regularlly participate in group activities. If they fail to comply with these rules, become heavily inactive, or are demoted in TRA, they will lose their rank and will be demoted to Expert Field Medic. If they are exiled in TRA, they will be exiled from TRACM.

7. Conclusion
This guide was influenced by past versions of the general guide, training guide, and promotion guide,as well as by past and present versions of the TRA official guide. It contains nearly everything that is needed to be known about TRACM, and will be modified in the future when needed. If you have any further questions about the division or the guide, please contact the current Surgeon General.
