WHEREAS a vote was held by the Las Vegas City Council to remove AcidRaps as the President of the Council;
WHEREAS the vote ended without a definitive result;
WHEREAS a rule was fabricated to mislead the Council into believing that the vote was legitimate subsequent to the voting of six council members, yet no evidence of the rule exists;
WHEREAS a majority of five was never reached;
THE FOLLOWING IS ORDERED:
RESOLVED AcidRaps shall be promoted, with immediate effect, to his rightful position as Council President;
RESOLVED any proposal by any City Council shall not pass without a majority of Council members, excluding the author and any sponsors, voting in favour of the proposal, unless a minimum of 36 hours has passed since the proposal went to a vote;
RESOLVED if AcidRaps is not reinstated in the next 24 hours, without reasonable justification, a separate order will be made with the threat of Contempt of Court.

Addendum:
Due to Mayor Aluos's inactivity notice being brought to my attention by AcidRaps, I am hereby extending the time to reinstate AcidRaps as the Council President by 24 hours. Ergo, the original statement is amended to allow 48 hours before another order is written, this time threatening the Power of Court. |

He was unfit for the job, he missed several press release deadlines as he released none while in the position, he will remain as a regular member of the council and since local councils are not recognised by congress, I shall have great delight in watching your court case fail |

This order has nothing to do with whether or not AcidRaps is a good Council President. It recognizes the fact that he *is* the Council President.
The vote was abused in that the author of it closed the voting as soon as his side was winning, however in the end, the motion failed. This court recognizes that the distortion of democracy which took place shall not be recognized, and that AcidRaps is the Council President.
Nobody is above the law, no matter how inflated your ego is.

I don't understand why you think that city councils aren't recognized. To start, the Supreme Court recognizes them as a local legislative and executive body, and Congress also recognizes them but doesn't want to grant them much power.
If city councils weren't recognized, there wouldn't be any. You don't want this to go to court.
