I'd like to advocate the option of hiding previous usernames for privacy reasons or something similar
In account settings, there should be a tick box which allows the user to hide their username or not. Of course, this is completely optional and not necessary, so it won't be hard to "find" someone
Exploiter numbers are dwindling due to flawed injector programs, plus why would they waste money just to hide their old username? They'd get caught again
Scammers can't really use this as an anonymity tool either, their previous clothing and places are all traceable. And again, it can't really be "exploited" if ROBLOX can still track them even if their username is hidden, because the IP of that user is still logged by the ROBLOX staff
I'd like to see this idea incorporated at least, to see how it goes. Some users want to hide their old names for privacy reasons, or to start a new-ish account without having to make another account and purchase a bunch of stuff |
