Increase the maximum amount of minutes a Roblox audio can be

It is a great thing that Roblox allows players to upload music to Roblox so that it can be used in games. There is only one problem about this. The maximum amount of seconds it can be is 120 seconds, which is 2 minutes. I think Roblox should increase the maximum amount of time to 5 minutes. PROS: Roblox Developers can put full songs in their games, people will not have to upload music that ends in the middle of the song, the audio will sound better, games can have a full soundtrack CONS: The longer the audio, the bigger the file There is more pros than cons listed above. To make up for the fact that Roblox will need to store more data because of the increase of audio file size, adding more minutes to an audio should cost more robux. An example is that a 2 minute audio costs 100 robux, and a 3 minute audio costs 150 robux, and a 4 minute audio costs 200 robux. With the limit of 5 minutes. There are more cons. A lot more work for mods, more copyright issues than we already have, and OP doesn't acknowledge the issue of sound effects

Being copyrighted for uploading a full song is the same as being copyrighted for half of the song. This idea will not make any difference to copyright issues. Basnet109

support and bas is right, on youtube, your video can be copyrighted permanently even with as little as 10 seconds of a copyrighted song. I can't think of a decent signature right now.

I'd Agree with this since Most of the songs I listen to Is at the total of 5 Minutes. The only problem is How much slower Roblox will be able to confirm the Music. They'd have to waste 5, 4, or 3 Minutes just to confirm that there's No cussing or etc within the song. So Yeah, I'd Smash.

This is a kids website, copywriting music is one of the most evil acts in humanity, however that'll never change sadly because its easy to make a system. No kid is gonna make quality music like a game or movie, they put in music that sounds good, and do not claim it on their own, if you hear some music like "wrecking ball" its so well known and everyone knows who made the song but why the heck would you rant over "omg u stole it" its such a childish thing to do. and considering roblox's new policy states, everything that developers make now belongs to roblox, is just as worse, or even more then Copyrighting.
