Audrex Empire - Officer & High Command Regulations [07/30/16]

Officers are required to follow the Rules and Regulations at all times like all others members. However, there is a certain code of conduct regulated by Officers as they are the future leaders of the Audrex Empire. As a result, their expectations are higher than that of a low rank's.

REGULATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS -
1) To maintain maturity at all events.
2) To use admin only when deemed necessary and to use it appropriately.
3) To promote the ideals of brotherhood and loyalty among members.
4) To act as an example for subordinates and low ranks.
5) To obey orders from higher ranks.
6) To address other members respectfully and to speak in an appropriate manner.

VIOLATION OF R&E -
Violating R&E as an Officer will result in a punishment based on the factors provided below. ALL punishments are only handed out by the Chief Justice and the Justice Department.
[LEVEL 1] Minimal offences - immaturity, not acting as an example for subordinates - WARNING.
[LEVEL 2] Continuous immaturity, disobeying orders, not acting as an example for subordinates, admin abuse, continuous misconduct - SUSPENSION / DEMOTION.
[LEVEL 3] Continuous immaturity, continuously disobeying orders, lowering morale among subordinates, not acting as an example for subordinates, hate speech, admin abuse, continuous misconduct - EXILE.
[LEVEL 4] Leaking classified information or such actions which damage the group, High Command or the Emperor himself - BLACKLIST.
