Due to the recent Mayoral Elections, Tom has nominated me for the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Deoartment and here are what things I hope to accomplish in the MPD under my active leadership and experience. As I'm a current Las Vegas Police Department Officer I believe I can do so well in this position because I know what it is like being an officer.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
I plan to mass hire for the Metropolitan Police Department, getting up to about 30 members then from there we will be able to hire active officers who can help me lead and keep the Metropolitan Police Department active and stable. Applications will be released shortly after I get Chief of Police and only the top applicants will be accepted into the MPD. And then choosing new high ranks for the MPD, these new high ranks will be people who I can trust and count on leading the MPD alongside me, these people will be experienced in leadership, and know exactly what a MPD police officer does.
Restore activity by hosting daily trainings, and ensuring that high ranks such as Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, and Commander are doing their job as well. Training events shall have multiple drills such as reaction time, teamwork, gun fighting, and your driving skills. Teaching the cadets as well as other officers how to work together and how to handle a gun will result in that person becoming more experienced and eventually become a high rank in the MPD. Because there is no point in leading an immature group with a bunch of inexperienced people, we need to build those immature people into some of the best gun fighters in NUSA and get them started In a career and one person that I hire will say, "I started a career in the MPD under the leadership of Ajs where he restored the activity of the MPD."
I would also like to focus on teaching new cadets around the new D.C which is soon to be released because there would be no point in showing cadets around the old DC. This made me come up with a new plan for cadets, about once a week there will be a training hosted for cadets only, teaching them the basics of becoming an officer and what the MPD is all about, and then at the end of each trainings, I will ask cadets a different questions such as "Two officers get in a fight, what do you do?" or a question such as "What would the person who leasst likes you in the world would say?". Or some other totally random question that they would never expect, whoever passes will be force fielded at the end and be promoted officially in the MPD.

I very much appreciate you reading this as this is a very big thing for me, leading a Department in which I have never done before but I think I have proven myself that I'm ready for the MPD and ready to protect the good American Citizens at Washington D.C as always, have a nice day friend.
