Serious discussion thread. What are your opinions on No Man's Sky now with all of the leaked gameplay on twitch? For me, I've been super hyped for this game, and now I just want it even more. It is exactly what they said it would be and more. I remember awhile back you were saying they were falsely advertising it or something. I don't really remember. I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I dunno I didn't watch them .3. I was saying that I Severely doubted that it'd live up fully to all the Excitement and I still think most People expect too much from it. I dunno though I'm not really informed much about the game, I just saw all the Excitement for it and I thought it'd be very hard to Live up to that level. Still, I'm 100% sure it'll be better than Star Citizen which will never "release" properly.

Even then, it's just a Trailer. A video where all the Good Things are Cherry-Picked from the game. Something designed to Make People excited for the game. There's only 6 days or something until it releases. Only way to find out if it Truly is a Good Game or a chore

What I'm saying is, people have leaked copies of the game, and they were streaming it on twitch for a few hours before they got banned.

I know this is directed to someone else, but I still think it's going to be the next Spore. Overhyped, and fun for a while but quickly shows that it's not very deep at all.

"Gameplay has proven that is is very deep." You can't do true "random generation" yet-- many games, such as Spore, and Starbound quickly become repetitive and boring because we lack the hardware to do something so ambitious yet. I doubt this one is any different, and considering the leaked channels were only up for a while, it's hard to say that it has proven anything.

It is procedural not random and the streams were on for quite a few hours.
