@Sean I'm not trying to fight back, but since this forum is a pretty big deal in her case, I don't think ROBLOX will do anything about it. Several people were telling her to contact ROBLOX. Also, the real owner of the account (which is the child) should be the one responsible for it, not her unless if it's a restricted account. R$6,404

@Sean The child is responsible only to the problem, and the bank should be responsible for her bank account. Yes I know the mother tried buying robux, but for a child, made things worse. I'm not saying that buying stuff for other people is wrong. I'm saying is that you don't know when problems like this occur, so you have to like deal with it on your own. When you grow up, no one will look out for you. You have to deal everything on your own. I had problems like this before, and I got them resolved. How did I do that? I did everything on my own. Okay. So here is my problem. I've tried to buy this robux for my child and whenever we did, we bought the robux. I checked my bank account before and it has enough money to buy the robux but then after we buy the robux, it doesn't appear on my child's account. We wait for an hour and it still, hasn't updated. So we call Roblox and see what's wrong and then our money is returned. It has happened constantly for me whenever I try to buy robux.

@BassKill First of all, she should have access to the logs of her purchases. I'm not sure if that is possible because I don't have a bank account myself. Second of all, I'm not a "9 year old" that plays Town Of Robloxia. I follow ROBLOX Rules and their rules also provide "No Online Dating". Also, I've bought robux before with my OWN money, and there was NO problem at all, so maybe you should think about what you just said.

@BassKill From all the "Help! I didn't get my robux", none of them were recent except for the one in May. Also, they provided no evidence or backstory to the story of missing robux. So in conclusion, all stories are BS, or worse yet, the so called mother might've even twisted her own timeline of events to make her story gullable. She might've bought the robux and it worked and she thought "Hmm, maybe if I lie, I can get robux". She might've wanted to make this story up. Who knows what the psychotic people will do. They will do anything for free robux since Tix was removed. I can't believe how ignorant people are by just believing stories like this. It's basically saying that Santa is real.

I'm having the same problem 08/05/16 and it's not working nor does it say the market is offline, I've seen other threads that have this problem, I sent 2 emails to roblox and 1 to Apple and neither have relied, I have screenshots of the apple receipts and it says it has credited to my account. But still no robux or bc.
