I am trying to get a hang of the terrain tools and it's proving difficult. Is there any way to level out the terrain so it's flat, but not the entire map? I'm trying to make a road alongside a beach, but I can not find a good solution for leveling out only one side of the whole map higher and leaving the other side water (and lower) while both sides being flat. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sonya

Click the select area. Button then you should be able to fill in an area. local msg = Instance.new('Message') msg.Text = '10/10 ign rating' for i = 100000000,0,-1 do msg:clone() ( Signature)

This is one of the reasons I dislike smooth terrain (Old Voxel is more better). Try using the smooth tool and the lower and higher terrain tools.

Script would not work right because on the for loop,, instead of '-1' you do '1' so it goes up.

Thanks, Devnxius. I saw a regions tab and it solved my trouble. (I think I'm going blind!)

Okay, well, it sort of solved my problem. This is super complicated. Thanks Jason and FiredDusk, I'll just have to take my time smoothing out the terrain :-/
