Roblox said they removed Tix to stop people from botting it right?
The only way you can stop the bots is to remove JUST the Trade Currency which stops bots from trading the money to their other accounts.
If there was no way for people to transfer currency to alts then there would be no way for the bots to transfer the Tix or Robux. This would make it impossible for people to pay others. However, the gain would most definitely be greater than the loss.
If Tix is returned and the Trade Currency is kept down it will make it impossible for the bots to send the money to the owner of the bots. Thus, ending any way of botting currency. |

I'm pretty sure they removed Tickets because it was a dead currency, not because of the bots. |

Tickets could be transferred to other accounts through buying things too. Someone could of gathered a bunch of tickets botting them that way.

They removed Tix because it could be abused very easily, how hard is it to create 5-10 alts and log into them everyday just to buy a T-shirt and get money for your main?

It was only a "dead currency" since they made it that way. They didn't make any items required for Tix. |

Simplify ROBLOX
Not reward people simply for logging onto a website
Make people need to earn their money
Stop spammers who spam for place visits. Place visits = tix
and much more

People also botted by using the tix to buy tix items on their main account.
Also, making it so you can't use trade currency, that besically isn't even tix.

@AannddyyLa That's one of the many reasons why it became a dead currency. There was just no reason to have it anymore, so they got rid of it. Good riddance if you ask me :P |

It's not that hard for Roblox to go into the comments and find these spammers, delete their comment, then Ban them.
They just don't care. |

Well when thousands are being uploaded every minute, and it takes about 30 seconds to ban somebody, it is pretty hard.

Most of the spammers are in plain sight. And, thanks to the comment limit the spammers can only make so many comments a minute. You said it takes 30 seconds to ban someone, right?
Well, it takes about an hour for the spammer to be able to make another comment post. That is PLENTY of time for them to ban the spammer.
Heck, if they wanted to they could give them an IP ban which would block them from even entering the site. That would take down any of the spammer's alts that are doing the same thing.
They have plenty of people working at Roblox who could help take these people down. More than enough to deal with a few spammers. |
