I like how blox6man is defending the practice of stealing work that may have taken hours to do. Terms of Service or not, you're stealing someone's hard work, and they should make a rule saying that you cannot steal someone's hard work that msy have taken them hours to do. |

First off, it's not stealing since you don't own anything you upload, roblox owns it.
It's a lie that people apparently spend hours on their clothing.I design, and I don't take even half of one to design.
Why can't you understand that this is impossible?It would take forever to scan through Hundreds.Of Thousands.Of Pages.Of Clothing. |

Just be because ROBLOX owns it doesn't mean it's morally okay to take someone's hard work they they put effort into. You support stealing hardwork, and you know it, blox. I don't care whether you do it or not, you're defending it. Someone put time and effort into that shirt, and you're defending the practice of someone taking it without credit, then trying to act like they made it without giving credit to the person putting time, effort, and hard work into it. |

Roblox already has an algorithm to automatically content delete clothing that has been content deleted in the past. Why can't they just do the same for clothing uploaded by another user?

Well, let me just say something.You basically said when you told me that it doesn't matter what the terms of service say now, it only matters if they add this rule. Doesn't matter if apparently you think it is morally incorrect.Sites cannot moderate stuff like that, they need to moderate what's actually wrong.I find it funny how you say this is stealing.Looks at what the OP has made.He has slapped some logo onto his hoodies then changed the colors and boom, 6 shirts made. So if we want to ban people who apparently " steal", let's start with the people already breaking not only the terms of service, but the law when they copy and paste logos they have literally no right to use.They could take you to civil court.Oh, you can't drag a ten-year old to court?They'd take your parents then.Strange that they would, obviously, but they could. |

The thing is that It's now a big business for some people.
You always have a risk to take when you design clothes.
It's like when you make a game, you need to know that your game can be copied by other people, and even if they get uploaded, the leaker probably won't be banned unless you own a very popular game.
And when you make a shirt, some of the people use a copyrighted logo ( Ex: A Pokemon Team logo, like we saw with the Team Mistic example, or even Adidas/Nike ) that they didn't even make! So this means that their shirt is not fully theirs because they added a logo that was not theirs.
Whatever, like someone else said, everything that you upload on Roblox is to Roblox technically.
Remember, play games, make games, make shirts, but the most important thing, have fun.

And you are STILL not addressing any of the points made in my previous posts, which did take me a while to write out and try to explain this to you, and you just dissmiss my explanation and say "well its wrong and u r supporting clothing copying"
