In 2104, a man named Ryker Smith, a USCPF soldier, created a tactical sub-division known as "The Wolves." Their purpose was to get in the hostile area, and get out, acting as a wolf pack hunting for their prey in stealth.
Over time, The Wolves slowly began to partake in illegal activities, such as smuggling, stealing USCPF weapons, robbing civilians, and other gang-type activities.
One day, however, USCPF soldiers found out the activities of the group and put an end to the traitors, capturing and killing them. All of the members were executed on spot that day, but one managed to escape.
He got past the USCPF soldiers by blindly acting as one, and managed to start up The Wolves again, but in a separate area located in Southside. He managed to take over a former USCPF bunker, stole all of its supplies, and recruited members to join him. He re-started what they had done previously, and became a bigger threat to the public for their actions. This resulted in constant raids from other groups, allies, etc.
But, in 2107, the USCPF found them out again, shutting them down once more after successfully winning a raid, but only managing to catch half of the members. The man responsible for the restarting of the wolves, Jack Vance, was executed for letting the USCPF find out about them.
The rest of the members were left with nothing, and after the incident, covered up their past lives and started new ones, going about as civilians and not breaking the law, being especially careful around USCPF soldiers.
In 2115, the former group members decided to re-meet, and declared to have it restarted in secret. After this, they re-located in the Southside Underground ruins, got allies off the street, and continued to push forward the group Ryker had started. |
