[WCoR] Locking sides in 24 hours

WCoR is delighted at the diversity of clans which have decided to join the rowar! Now it is nearing the time to exit searching for clans and allow these clans to prepare planning and strategizing how they'll fight the war. To do this we'll need to finalize both sides. WCoR will be closing down acceptance to both PoL and TEF in 24 hours, after such time acceptances will only be made on rare circumstances (as in if a major player quits either coalition or shutsdown and we need a replacement) We feel that both sides are fairly balanced as of now and will be accepting clans into both TEF and PoL, so PM me if you'd like to enter either one. Note if either side becomes unbalanced in these 24 hours, I'll refer you to the other coalition. All requests to join must be submitted by 8/5/2016 at 3:30 est. See ya then!
