Please don't think i'm criticizing the mod's work. But i'm constantly hearing people complain about unreasonable bans, and i've seen a few cases of faulty moderation. What if we made it so that if a mod tried to do something, it had to be approved by another mod as well? Two mods agreeing on one punishment/ approval could cut down the amount of complaints, and potential unreasonable actions.

This is actually a good suggestion, but can be abusable, for example: someone's getting banned for unreasonable reasons, and the other mod approving just dislikes the users, both mods could just be bullying the user... you know, stuff like that. |

Well what's more likely, one mod being unreasonable, or two mods being unreasonable? This could drive us towards the right direction

They updated the TOS to say this

Moderation would be much slower, and moderation is lacking as it is when it comes to hundreds of reports being sent to ROBLOX. Won't this just make it worse? |

No, it will only be time consuing. Have you ever seen the bypassed images/ audio? I've seen it. I think roblox would be willing to sacrifice more time to make the website have more quality.
