Nashville is fairly cheap.
You going to Vandy?
I would recommend it.
Beautiful campus.

I have always liked visiting Nashville if it means anything. Great music scene that is gonna be great when you turn 21. Feels like a college town more than those other options. |
|
|
New York = hell no
I would personally pick California but too expensive
Nashville it is for me |
|
|
New York is inticing just bc it's New York. Schooling up there for music and audio is expensive as hell. Not that I couldn't pay it, I just don't want to
Cali is really far and more of a after college thing
Nashville is hecka cool from everything I've heard |

Nashville is honestly everything you want in a college town: music, women, bars. It has it all. If I had to transfer I would 100% transfer to Vandy. |

Look, maybe I've been in the South too long but Nashville is one of the last places I'd go
New York City is disgusting and I'd only swing for that if it were upstate
Northern California only, no SoCal |

Completely disagree. Muffin's reasons are all on point. Also higher single women-to-men ratio than anywhere else in the country
New York City is disgusting and I'd only swing for that if it were upstate x2
Northern California only, no SoCal x2 |

Nashville is pretty cool tho Rune. It's very different from the rest of the state, and like a v modern and western city in the East.
New York is really nice depending on how you live it. Kinda like DC.
SoCal is where I'd have to go for my career. Somewhere like LA, San Fran, San Diego |

Being born and living in Nashville in 10 years, I loved the place. I miss it a lot.

What major? LA area would be good for internships |
|
|
Audio Production / engineering
So I'd either work in a studio recording, mixing, and editing, or do live sound production at concert venues and whatnot |

@dead
I would def wanna live in music city then. You would have applicable part time jobs/internships in your backyard |
|
|
That's why its these 3 places to me |
|
|
So i actually spend a lot of time in NYC so i can give a good review.
Living prices are insanely high and the people are fairly rude. You will spend the majority of your time walking and taking dirty ass subways. Food isn't always great but there is food everywhere. Only reason why NYC is a desirable location is because of the connections you are being exposed to |

every giant city is disgusting rune |

"every giant city is disgusting rune"
Houston's air is REALLY disgusting |
|
|
I have some friends up in New York though too. So I wouldn't be walking in blind |
|
|
Also for the industry your going into NY is probably the best place for it. You'd meet a lot of people who can set you on the right path.
Any particular universities? NYU?? |

Any particular universities? NYU??
Also the problem
That's real expensive |

Only downside if you choose Vanderbilt as someone suggested before, crime rate around the school is through the roof from what ive heard. |
