I'm tall and have a very powerful throw. Also, I'm new to the game but I practiced a lot before I signed up for a league.

Also, did you know that you are allowed to stand on the floor when you are not involved in the play? This gives you time to rest.

Had a classmate from Serbia in high school who was into water polo. My high school actually had a team for it too.

I play water Polo occasionally for swim practice. We do it 2-3 times a year. I could be a lot better at it if I was more bulky, but unfortunately, that's not the case
