Clauses:
Sleep Clause
-You can only have 1 Pokemon asleep at a time if you have more then 1 it will be DQED
Evasion Clause
-You cannot use moves like double team or Minimize because it will be hard to hit you and it will be unfair doing this will get you DQED
Item Clause
-No duplicate items on your Pokemon
Banned Pokemon:

Protean Greninja
-Since Greninja can change type and has a over base 120 speed it will be trouble for some trainers to handle if you don't have anything to hit back with. Other then that there no other banned Pokemon
