allow non - BC people to sell limiteds

think about how many non - BCers who want robux but can't get any but have a shaggy or some other items that were for tix, but maybe add a slightly bigger fee, for example instead of 30% maybe like 40% so the non - BCers can get cool items, and maybe even limiteds please note I'm not saying to make the trade system for non - BCers, just selling limited items.

I don't see why they can't already sell them. Support because prices will lower which will benefit me.
