I don't really know what they're called, but it's when an NPC has the question mark over their head, and you click it.
"What is the problem?" You might ask. The problem is that thanks to an update, bubble chats can now only be used once.
"Why is that a problem?" You might ask. This is a problem because many games use bubble chat for useful things such as stores and givers, and now they don't work well anymore.
"What can we do to fix this?" You might ask. Give this enough support so that the admins might read this.
