1. Sent items. There would be a tab on the inbox that says "Sent"
This would serve many purposes. If you were sending a message to a bunch of people, you could keep track of who you have and haven't sent to. The messages that people have read would be a dull red, the ones they haven't read would be a bolder red.
2. Searching Messages. If you are like me and never ever delete messages, this would be helpful. Say someone asks you to build a model. You start a conversation with someone else. You eventually get around to building it, and find that your inbox is full of messages. You can't find the message. This would allow you to search your inbox with keywords or by sender.
3. Delete All button. This is simple. A button in the inbox that says "Delete All"
I have 97 pages of messages. I would need to check the box and click delete 97 times. That would take ages. This would make it easier. |
