How To Get Trainee:
You receive Trainee by attending an interview, it will be posted on the shout when they are being hosted.
How You Can Get Promoted From Trainee
After receiving Trainee you will want to work on getting a new rank, You can get promoted from attending Training, it will be posted on the shout when they are being hosted.
How To Get The Rest Of The Low Ranks:
Any rank after Trainee is a little harder to obtain, we will hold testing for Junior Barista and Barista. If you do not want to attend testing then you can get a promotion by being active and serving customers. If an HR sees you and believes that you deserve a promotion they will promote you!
How To Get Supervisor:
Supervisor is a something you have to work for, Supervisors will be picked by how active you are and if an HR thinks you deserve it your name will be put in for voting when we are voting for a new Supervisor. You can only get supervisor if you are a Lead Barista.
How To Get The Rest Of The Medium Ranks:
To get the rest of the medium ranks you just have to do your job. As a Supervisor you can start helping out at interviews, trainings, testing and managing lower ranks, as you get to Assistant Manager and Manager you can start promoting and doing interviews yourself!
How To Get Board Of Directors:
Much like the Medium ranks you have to work hard to get Bod, when you're a Board of Directors you can host interviews, trainings and testing. Your job is to manage the MRs as well.
How To Get The Rest Of The High Ranks:
To get the rest of the High ranks you just have to be active and host trainings, testing and interviews.
Another Way To Get Ranks:
You can also get ranks by being voted as an employee of the month, each rank will have it's own employee of the month each month. Just stay active so HRs notice you working!
How You Can Get A Demotion:
You can get a demotion by being inactive, being inappropriate, not completing your responsibilities.
