We, the people of the State of Alaska, thereby put forward this vote of no confidence, under Section VIII: Impeachment of the Constitution of the State of Alaska, for President Andrew_Kennedy and Vice President TML4lif13.
Protected by the Constitution, is the Citizens right to protest and petition, under Article VIII: Rights and Freedoms, Section XI: Assembly, Petition, Protest: "All citizens of the State of Alaska shal have the right of assembly, petition, and peaceful protest. A violent protest, however, is not permitted."
Protected by the Constitution, is the vote of no confidence:
Section VIII: Impeachment
The President of the State of Alaska can be impeached for the following reasons: breaking high laws of the state and constitution, treason, Inactivity, Inactivity can only be used with approval of the Supreme Court in written letter to the President of the Senate. The President of the State of Alaska can be impeached in a vote of no confidence. Such process shall begin if the people of the State of Alaska reach 25 signatures, stating such is a vote of no confidence. Such vote of no confidence shall then be carried out by the Senate of the State of Alaska, in a majority vote. Once such majority is reached, the President and the Vice President shall be removed from office, unless otherwise state in such petition by the people.

There is no need to impeach the President and VP, they are active daily. Not to mention 25 signatures, someone can easily get 25 random people off the streets and pay them to vote. I vote #NoImpeachment. |
