-Kingdom of Italy- UN The Italian ambassador stands, "Why not let the Korean people decide? I say we hold a referendum in Korea to allow the people of Korea decide their fate." He pauses to let reactions calm down, "Who's to say we have a right to determine how to split a nation. I say the Koreans deserve a United, independent country as they did before their conquest by the Japanese."

- ### - The ######## ambassador protests at the Italian's suggestion. "The two halves of the country are too ######### to reunite, Sir. Besides, we already decided that simply withdrawing both armies will not end hostilities. The North and South of the country want different things for themselves, and both seek to impose these ####### on the other. Split it on the 38th North, or there will be war."

(I'm really sorry, I simply don't have enough time to respond to absolutely everything just yet. I'll reply to everything else as soon as I can, but for now, here's what I've managed to do in the time I've had. I'm really sorry about that.) (I did rough calculations for the military numbers in the final assault on Korea, and I took into account possible casualties and injuries for my soldiers, air force, and naval fleet.) ~Soviet Union~ [Government/UN Meeting] Stalin's most trusted man brings him the letter from the Soverian king in the Kremlin. Although Stalin is surprised by the King's sudden abdication, he writes back, stating that he is sorry that the king feels that he needs to abdicate, but he promises that, under his rule, the Kingdom of Soveria will become part of the Soviet Union, and a new era of peace and prosperity will come forward for his people. He also offers the king a high-placing government position. Due to the surrender of the Kingdom of Soveria to the Soviet Union, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and the entirety of Poland are now under Soviet rule. Provisional governments are given to these countries, and all of them follow the exact Soviet ideologies. This expands the Iron Curtain further, and the Soviet GDP and military numbers and strength are expected to rise dramatically due to ownership of these countries. The actual numbers are classified, but the estimates for the Soviets are expected to be out in a few days. In the UN meeting, the Soviet ambassador stands up, and prepares to speak his thoughts. "Comrades, we have not launched a campaign in Korea for our own personal gain. Much like the Italian occupation of Albania, we are simply bringing a better life to the Koreans. Look at how the communist nations are now- unified in peace, and with a great life. If we are successful in our campaign, our plan is to remove the split between the north and south and unify the country to its former state, before it was so unfairly broken apart. There was also the ever-present threat of an invasion from enemy forces in the South, if we simply let it go by, so we had no choice but to launch a preemptive strike. However, the war in Korea is so close to the end now. Our troops simply have to complete one more objective, and then the battle is finished. We can promise every single one of you here that we will not, and I repeat, we will *not* open up a war theatre in Europe as a result of this campaign, no matter what the circumstance. And, besides, splitting the country in half again would be an insult to the soldiers who have died or have been wounded in the fight, and an insult to the families behind those men! Their blood will have been spilt for nothing! The battle is so close to completion, so we ask for this. Let it continue for a maximum of three days. If the battle is not over by then, then we will go by whatever proposal you have for that. If you deny us this proposal, then we will be happy to back the Italian proposal of a Korean referendum." The ambassador finishes, before stepping down. [Military] In the naval battle, the Soviets realise they have underestimated the size of the American navy. Refusing to surrender, but realising that they cannot fight here any longer, the Soviet admiral, Luka "Dmitrievich" Trusov, orders all Soviet ships fighting close to Japan to retreat to the coasts of Korea, to prepare for the inevitable assault on the coastline. Due to the forces already there, this increases the number of naval forces around the coast of Korea to 5 battleships (as they were already there), 26 submarines, 21 destroyers, 11 light cruisers, and 2 heavy cruisers. Though they are bruised, they stand ready to fight. The Soviet forces on the shores of Korea also begin making hasty preparations for an American assault on the beach. Combat engineers begin to construct barbed wire, landmines, machine gun positions, trenches, bunkers, AA guns, automatic AA guns, ammunition boxes, etc. Within a few hours of preparation, the ####### resemble the ######## ###### (I got filtered, so I had to go for "shores") on D-Day, except with much more obstacles, soldiers, and they are, overall, much better prepared, along with mechanised infantry. Due to minuscule or no resistance, the Soviets have managed to capture Seoul, with the picture of the Red Army war banner being the Seoul Capitol ending up in newspapers, as well as the Soviet forces in the north managing to capture the Korean folk village, as well, bringing them on the doorstep of the American resistance. The southern Soviet forces have also managed to capture everything up to, and including, the Songisan National Park. The Red Army general, Nikolay "Semyonovich" Stepashin, orders that they only fortify the position lightly, as they must push up quickly into the last ditch of American resistance. Russian reconnaissance planes quickly reveal the precise location of the Americans. The Soviet forces are not far away. BM-13 rocket trucks hammer away at the American position for 6 hours, which will almost definitely destroy (I got filtered again, sorry.) a good number of American forces and destroy quite a lot of their supplies. The minute the rocket trucks finish their assault, Nikolay orders an immediate, full-scale assault on the final American defensive position from both sides, except for the beach defenders. The American forces are facing, altogether, 2.1 million Soviet/former Soverian/Italian troops, 3,460 tanks, as well as 200 fighter planes and 100 bombers. They arrive at the position within a few hours, and begin fighting to their full capability, pushing into the American position.

- NKU - [UN] The Kalmaren ambassador once again protests. "My dear friend, fellow northman, do you not see that there can be no 'better life' for the southron Koreans if you impose your rule upon them? They /do not want/ to live under a Communist regime, and have made this implicitly clear. Let them be, keep your men in the North and away from Seoul, and let the Americans do the same on their side. We can prevent further bloodshed."

Federation of Australia [Government] -The situation in Korea is extremely concerning to the Australian regime as they feel a communist presence would create a pocket in Asia that could become extremely hostile to a nationalist Australia. Provisions are immediately made for ambassadors to hold a hard line approach against the USSR in the assembly to try and limit their expansion. -Officials try to create a map of what they project the world would appear like within the next couple years, coloring it to try and get a picture of what spheres will domineer who and what could erupt and cause flash points in the future. The map will also assist in finding potential allies for Australia, or those to annex of strategical value. -Immigration is experiencing a sharp increase from New Zealand and other regional nations as opportunities and the outstanding welfare being offered is among many reasons why immigration is expanding. [Military] -The motorized infantry effectively cut a swath through Iran in both directions, the poorly equipped militias in place of the trained soldiers on the Iraq border offered little resistance to the well-trained and equipped Australian infantry, within a matter of days, Australian forces have completed their task in the operation and secured a front against the pocketed Iranian military, Iran is on the verge of collapse, all that is required is the Soviets to connect with the Australian lines. STATISTICS IN IRAN: AU casualties: 253 personnel AU injured: 402 personnel IR casualties: 512 personnel IR injured: 981 personnel IR POW's: 1,327 personnel -Reserves are being brought in from Australia to serve as the garrison for the new territory acquired, a total of ten thousand infantry, two hundred pilots and mechanics, and fifteen-hundred tons of equipment are being brought over for service. Engineers are being brought over as well to evaluate the industrial capabilities of Iran for use. [Foreign Affairs] -Australia takes a hard line approach against the idea of communism being spread into Korea, instead, they support the idea of a referendum, that is weighted in favor to ensure that the populations of both the North and South would not subdue each other if there was more in the North or South. They propose that the country is split and a proper referendum takes place, the South never agreed to the idea of communism, and they should not be subdued in-order to believe in it. [Research] -The computing machine greatly assisted in the design of FAS Australia, and sped the research process up to begin the long, drawn out construction of the largest battleship ever. Darwin has been decided for as the port of construction. -The AUAR feeding system issue has been fixed, the machines are now able to quickly dispense the steel molded mechanism out with great precision, it's design is sent to a manufacturing firm with a blank check to produce and disperse these machines to manufactures across the country that are producing the firearm. -Investment into both light cruisers and submarines are underway as the necessity is becoming paramount, the expansion of the Australian navy to combat that of the USSR and the USA's is placed on top priority as both designs are looked into with information of World War 2 Italian designs and British ones as well. German designs are also studied closely in regards to submarines to try and create the best one possible with the limited information. [Production] -FAS Australia begins it's construction in Darwin as that port has expanded the most, Sydney and other classified naval bases and manufactures are still undergoing major construction to compensate for the ever increasing draft of Australian naval vessels. -The highway construction is nearly completed, cities are wildly expanding along these roadways to supply a local work force for harvesting operations out in the central region.

(Issue is that Scandinavia is likewise occupied, and the Rhineland portion of West Germany. However, I will allow you to occupy a united Germany under the conditions that would be reasonable that both the Soviets and Allies would of agreed to. Here would be what a unified Germany would be subject to by this arrangement: -East Germany would contain five Soviet military bases and two airfields. -West Germany would contain six Allied military bases, and three airfields (Evenly divided between the UK, France, and the USA) -Germany would be subject to becoming a member of the United Nations indefinitely. -Germany would be subject to yearly inspection by UN personnel regarding their military, and prevent the research or production of WMD's. However, Switzerland and Denmark # believe is open? So you could add that to your dominion. In regards to what a ## ########## ### ## stands for super-heavy. The closest ship match this description would be the "Yamato" which was a Japanese SH Battleship in WW2. Generally though, and since Germany only has two years in the post-war, they wouldn't have one. You'd have to research one and produce it. If you are fine with those restrictions and occupying Switzerland and Denmark, than you are accepted.)

(I'm sorry if this post is shorter than my others, or a little bit less detailed, I'm just quite tired right now, and I need to reply to so many more roleplays.) ~Soviet Union (Continued)~ [Government/UN Meeting] The Soviet ambassador calmly replies to the Kalmaren ambassador. "My apologies, it appears I have not made myself completely clear. The point I am trying to get across here is that, while we do support the Italian idea of a Korean referendum, it would be unfair on both sides for the blood of their soldiers that was spilt in the war if we were to simply return to the country being split in half, with no votes or anything at all. And, besides, they never asked to live under a capitalist regime, either- I suppose the only way to find out which they would prefer is with a referendum. [Military] Using the Caspian Sea for further troop deployment, the Soviet Navy sends over 400 tanks in addition to assist in the assault for Iran, as well with the Soviet Air Force launching a large number of bomber planes and fighter planes to control the air where they are fighting. In their assault for Aradbil, the Iranian military was caught unprepared- they were not expecting the incredibly large numbers of Soviet armed forces, mechanised infantry, and the air force. While they did attempt to fight off the Soviets, their superior firepower, numbers, and the assistance of air support and tanks made for a bloody massacre and a hasty surrender. With a strong grip on the shores of Iran in the Caspian Sea, the Red Army troops are able to swiftly take both Amol and Sari, due to their incredible numbers. Not wanting to lose momentum, the Soviet air force bombs Tehran for an hour, before the Soviet armed forces charge in. Using smoke grenades tactically, with machine gunners set up in windows and ruined buildings, the Soviets are able to overpower the Iranian military within a few days, in the face of the bombings, the incredible Soviet numbers, along with their tanks and training. Few are taken prisoner. The picture of the hammer and sickle flag being displayed in Tehran ends up in Soviet newspapers, displaying it as propaganda of the capable Soviet military. The Soviet armed forces in Tehran begin to fortify the capital to make preparations to further clear out any resistance in the north of Iran- AA guns are built, barbed wire is placed, trenches are dug, etc. The Soviets decide that, in order to have more success in Operation Spiderweb, they need to branch out into more countries. Spetsnaz paratroopers are deployed in Somalia, Sudan, and Madagascar. In order to give them further support, the Soviets attempt to use reconnaissance planes to reveal locations of potential warlords or critical areas of the crisis, as well. [Foreign Affairs] The joke made by the Symphono Armoniki's ambassador manages to get a laugh out of the Soviet ambassador, causing him to ease up. He says that he would be happy to agree to the non-aggression pact, and signs it. The Soviet generals nod their head as they listen to to the Italian plan for the invasion of Turkey. They tell them that they will make arrangements immediately for the invasion, however, the arrangements could take some time, due to military forces being in multiple areas already. They agree to keep this top secret. [Research/Production] During the summer, production and research spiked up, however, since winter is approaching, it is beginning to slow down once more. The training for Africans in Soviet-occupied states is still underway, and is expected to be finished within a few years. [Domestic Affairs] The Russian winter begins to approach once more, though, as it is still early, the temperatures are only dropping slightly, and production is only beginning to slow by a very small amount.
