This thing of "Not everyone is" for me is laziness, when you change to 12 you should start working as something on internet or real life.
And, if you want money, work for it lol, like i listed you can work as a Builder or Scripter or GFX'er, to learn is free, just search.
You are crying for something that already exist. "Too picky or just hard to get into" like i said this sounds like laziness, on Roblox you don't have robux if you don't want, because if you do you will work for it or ask your mom maybe?
"Extensions are dangerous" What do you mean by dangerous? they can take your cookies? your pw? your history, basically see everything you are doing in your browser? Oh.. really? every program in your computer can do that too and you trust them.
"A official one" All the Roblox tutorials are on YouTube too, and a YouTube tutorial and Roblox tutorial is the same thing, the difference is that the Roblox one is scripted.

#13 Challenges- do this in a day/in a week and you get robux. This would help people without BC to get robux without spending 5 dollars. An example for a challenge - play 5 games, friend 5 people, etc.

#1 Please re-implement the Best friend/ Friend system but keep followers.
[This will help players sort out good friends, friends, and acquaintance]
Acquaintances/regular friends can just be your Following list. For good friends, best friends, and BFFs, I usually have a description forum and organize the people on my friend list from there into their category. If you don't know what I mean you can check out the forum post on my profile blurb. Overall I guess a 50-50.
#2 Add a shield class of gear.
Okay I guess.
#3 Add an option to search by gear type in your backpack.
That could be useful.

Roblox will add this in the future, but I support your idea of that person getting either 1000 R$ or 10% of profits if their hat gets accepted to be put on sale in the catalog.

It would be a great way to find new games that you will enjoy. During one of the Bloxgiving events where Roblox featured games made by the developers, Super Bomb Survival by Polyhex was a game I never played before, and after playing, it became one of my favorites.
#10 You know that thing where people have a T-Shirt that has the first letter of there Roblox username? I think ROBLOX users should get that on sign up.
