I was thinking of doing inter-galactic Sci-fi roleplay. Sort of like Star Wars, but different? I don't know, I just wanted some views on this genre to see if it would be a hit. |

Do eeeeeeet
I want real space empires, not limited to a single or a couple dozen systems. I want hundreds, nay, thousands! |

Giant space empire-ish rps are pretty well received around here. There used to be 2 (giant) space RPs that were almost identical going on at the same time last year. Pretty good stuff.
Bonesaw is ready! Come on my face, brother! |

^ Not as well-received as crossovers, unfortunately.
A good portion of the community these days will only join crossovers and sometimes powers RPs.
There's a very, very small portion who do... well, any sci fi at all right now. |

I may join, but it's been a long time since I joined Sci Fi. |

Before it starts, I kill everyone. The End. |

Sounds nice! I haven't seen any sci-fi in while, and I'd think it's definitely a welcomed addition. |

Consul has been around recently doing some sci-fi, but always on the small scale.
Some good battles, but no massive conflicts of epic proportions and wars that go on for a hundred and some years due to the massive amount of force it takes to subdue either side. |

Yeah...
You know, is it just me, or are there actually a lot of cross-over lately? I mean, I suspected it before, but it just now occurred to me the number of them we have. |

Yes, yes there are a lot of crossovers these days. |

Huh...
It's actually interesting though. I mean, I remember when RP was all about these big RPs, some of them even took three posts to fill out all of the information and they had these big fantasy settings and maps and everything and nowadays you never see anything like that. It's actually pretty cool how things change. |

Such was the age of tim.
Now we have other people to replace those who have left. |

Now we don't have Soard. God, I still get shivers up my spine when I think about him. |

He got to be a mod on RPN, and was subsequently banned. Nobody knows where he lurks now.
Though he's in his 20's now I believe, probably either in college or being a loser in his mom's basement. |

Eh... Probably like me. I'm a loser in my room in my mom's house waiting for college to finally start.
College is a pain. High school is a pain. Drop out kids, you'll be happy you did it. |

High school and college are pains, but working at McDonalds for your entire life is a much, much worse pain that festers and grows. |

He can't be older than seventeen. He mentioned on multiple occasions that his first name was London but he disliked it because he's not a girl. According to http://nametrends.net/name.php?name=London , the first name London was not used for a male until 1999. He was either lying about his age or his name, but probably both. |

You'll have to be extra lucky if you want to somehow become a McDonald's Business Consultant or General Manager.
