I just downloaded Google Chrome yesterday and since I have Chrome I had to reinstall Roblox. However, once I got to the RobloxPlayer disk (as I am on a Mac) and I launched the Roblox program it says,
" Unable to upgrade
An error occurred and ROBLOX cannot continue,
If problem persists please download a new version. "
I don't know what to do. I tried to install a different .dmg. Roblox even messed with me when I threw the disk into the trash it started to open and since it was in the trash it stopped working. Honestly I don't even think this is going to be fixed as Roblox didn't even have right grammar when the error popped up.

Ok I fixed it. To those who wanna see the a solution to this problem I just had to move it into my applications folder and then launch it from here |

ROBLOX has not upgraded with Sierra so we are stuck not playing till they fix it |

It's possibly because it's mac and not windows. I know how to solve it on windows. What I did on windows 10 was opened task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and shut it when it kept saying that, then I found the Roblox folder, uninstalled Roblox and reinstalled it. When you reinstall it, it'll automatically be up to date and won't need to upgrade. Hope this helps, -LegendOJ1 |

yes please help us, im on a mac, and i personally think its a problem with my wnce2001 netgear adapter that tends to flash yellow on the wlan light, however i fixed it recently at a repair shop and the problem still occurs, I daily record roblox and I personally need this to be fixed right now, also, if im right, how can we download new version if the wifi is broken? *bois roblox*

I am also having this problem. I have two computers, and I updated one's software and now it doesn't work. Works fine on the one I haven't updated yet though.
I hope they fix it soon. |

On mac, delete Roblox and its folder or press uninstall. Then, reinstall Roblox to your Mac. It will not need to upgrade as it is automatically upgraded to the latest Roblox when you install it. I hope his helps but I don't have a mac. -LegendOJ1

It could be because of the new OS 11 and that's glitchy so it may not work until they fix this problem.
It's not Roblox who's problem is causing you not to play, it's your mac. It's not Roblox's fault, it's Apple's. |

When ever i try and play its says ''Unable to fetch current version'' So i tried re installing it Same thing so if anyone has a fix please send me a roblox message i'm stuck not playing
