Federal Protective Service Role Act
Preamble;
As the Federal Protective Service currently does not have a set responsibility within the United States either than law enforcement, it seems fitting to give them a proper job that reflects the current needs of the United States and the Federal Protective Service.
Section I.
This act shall be called the Federal Protective Service Role Act.
Section II.
As there are numerous law enforcement agencies and departments, the Federal Protective Service should resume a unique role within the United States.
Section III.
As Congress and senior White House Staff members have no department or agency that protects them, which makes them vulnerable to criminals.
Section IV.
Since the FPS wishes to have a proper role that does not focus on law enforcement, this will fulfill their requests.
Section V.
From this act, members of Congress and key white house staff members (Senior Advisors, Deputy White House Chiefs of Staff, White House Chief of Staff) will be granted protection by the Federal Protective Service.
Section VI.
The Federal Protective Service will still be permitted to do law enforcement work, and the director will have the option of creating divisions for each part of the FPS.
Section VII.
This act will come into as soon as this bill is passed and the FPS is prepared.
