Just think about it, what if people who don't have a laptop or have a broken laptop want to make their own games but can't? My computer is broken right now and I am left with unfinished games, of course it would have different controls, but just think how those mobile users feel...

I don't see why this wouldn't be possible. Most smart phones and tablets these days are capable of performing much more CPU intensive tasks than ever before, and they have been likened to a laptop's capabilities. If I can build worlds with this clunky ol' PC I don't see why it couldn't happen on mobile devices. It'd probably be a pain in the neck if you don't have a stylus to help you, but hey, that's...part of the fun?
