I've waited since Sunday already and I haven't gotten a reply yet, I sent an email about me getting scammed over 131k you can even check my collections for proof that I've owned items worth a lot.

In the email as a bot message I got when I sent it they said 1-5 days and it's already been 5 days -.-

For me it takes like 5 hours I'm lucky tho send messages to Roblox in a formal matter and they will reply very quick I'm not lyin.

Usually 1-5 business days, depending on how many e-mails they are receiving. However, just to save you some time If you were 'scammed' by giving your items to the other user purposely, then I'm sure you will not receive a rollback. If you were 'hacked' and you obviously had no control over that, you will get a rollback.

Tbh, info@roblox is useless, i tried to verify ownership of my previous account and before I was done they ended my ticket.
