What has happened? Please help!!

So I bought this perk for a game on roblox (link: ################################################################# ), when I tried to log into the game I didn't have it.. Then I tried to log back in and my game keeps freezing, no matter how many times i try and log in. Please help. I think I've just wasted 550 robux. (It was working before I bought the perk). The person I bought it from "Collect1ve" helped make the scripts of the game, so thats why I tried to buy it from him.

If it's an off link to any ROBLOX games, that is not from the www.ROBLOX.com then it's fake. You should never buy or download anything from sites that is not safe. If you had to download that map/game then it must have been a virus preventing you from going onto ROBLOX games. Try to buy ANTI VIRUS software, and clean things up. Recommended Softwares: >Norton Security >Kaspersky *these are my preferences but there are more out there. **this is just an assumption, I am not sure if it's actually a virus that is preventing you from playing games. I just made an inference based on your info. you can also contact ROBLOX aswell via email, you can search up their email. They can help you possibily with client errors. Try to re-install first?

I've tried re installing, it was on the roblox website and it is just the game the shirt was for stopped working.

1. It could just be the game, so don't worry. Let the owner know and he might* try to fix it. 2. It is not a virus because buying a perk should do anything. (If its a gamepass or dev product) 3. What did you buy exactly? A shirt, gamepass, or dev product?
