Each rank in sprinkles is important in it's own way and all ranks can do different things within the group Sprinkles. Here are things that certain ranks can do. ~LR~ ~Customer~ Customers may not seem important but it's the reason why we've made Sprinkles Frozen Yogurt. Customers can apply for the rank Trainee by going to an interview and they can also get served at Sprinkles by our lovely staff. ~Trainee~ You passed your interview and received Trainee! As a Trainee you can start serving people and if and when you think you are ready for the next rank you can go to a training. Trainings will teach you how to be better at your job and at the end if you do well enough you will receive a promotion. ~Junior Barista~ You passed trainings and now you are a Junior Barista. Now you can start going to testing for the next rank. The higher the rank you are testing for the harder the test will be. ~Barista~ You passed your first testing and now you are ready or getting ready for your second testing. This one will be harder than the first one but worth it for the rank that you will receive once the testing is completed. ~Lead Barista~ You have passed your second testing and have received the highest low rank, now that you have it you will soon want to get Supervisor. To get Supervisor you have to be active, help your fellow employees out and when we HRs believe you deserve Supervisor you will receive a promotion. ~MR~ ~Supervisor~ You have made it to the first MR! Now you will have a lot more responsibilities. You must stay active, be on the café helping out lower ranks, helping out at interviews, testing and trainings. When an HR thinks you are doing your job well you will get a promoted to Assistant Manager. You can attend meetings! You are not allowed to promote anyone. ~Assistant Manager~ Now that you are an Assistant Manager you can start voting for the employee of the month in each rank below you. You can also start interviewing people and co-hosting trainings and testing. You can also attend meetings. You can promote up to Lead Barista. ~Manager~ Congrats! Your now an manager! You basically manage the café and go to people when they need assistance! You can also host trainings or co-host trainings, interviews and testing. You can also vote for the employee of the month. You can also attend meetings. You can promote up to Lead Barista. ~Executive Manager~ Executive Manager is the last MR. You are expected to be responsible. You can host and co-host trainings, interviews and testing. You also manage the café, make sure people are doing their jobs and go to people when they need assistance. You can also attend meetings. You can promote up to Lead Barista. ~HR~ ~Board of Directors~ Welcome to the HR team! As you are an HR You can start co-hosting meetings. You can also host or co-host interviews, testing and training. You now are in charge of the MRs as well as the LRs. You can promote up to Manager. ~Chief of Directors~ As you are an HR You can co-host meetings. You can also host or co-host interviews, testing and training. You now are in charge of the MRs as well as the LRs. You can promote up to Manager. ~Chief Relations Officer~ As you are an HR You can start co-hosting meetings. You can also host or co-host interviews, testing and training. You now are in charge of the MRs as well as the LRs. You can promote up to Executive Manager. ~Chief Operations Officer~ As you are an HR You can start co-hosting meetings. You can also host or co-host interviews, testing and training. You now are in charge of the MRs as well as the LRs. You can promote up to Executive Manager. ~Chief Management Officer~ As Chief Management Officer you are in charge of everyone below your rank and training the supervisors. You focus on making sure all of the MRs and HRs are doing their jobs correctly. This is also the first rank that you can host meetings. You can also host or co-host trainings, testing and interviews.
