instead of saying "fix this", try to elaborate on how they would fix the problem
that's like telling an engineer "make this better" without telling him what he needs to do better
don't you think that if ROBLOX could make their security better, then they already would?
tell them how they can make their security better and don't tell them to make it better
but also since you have no knowledge of computer programming, security, or anything else computer related, that means that you have no power to say anything about ROBLOX's security
