In 2040, the Earth was infected by a disease called Neuro-Stigma. At first people got it and it just made them sick, but one day there were sighting of 'rotting' people walking around town. After that the government captured any signs of infected. The people went on with their lives...BOOM! A giant explosion came from the major cities of the world. (sorry this is so long) Tokyo, Paris, Florida, etc. There were infected everywhere. The population of healthy people on the Earth went from a few billion, to about 1000. You are a survivor fighting against the infected.
