I'm African and I can see where the OP is coming from. He isn't trying to be racist, he's just saying due to the fact that most 'black' people have curlier and darker type of hair to other races, ROBLOX should make hats (hair, etc.) which look like a black person hair. Clarifying the fact that black people have different type of hair isn't racist. He didn't intend to portray it in an offensive and 'racist' way.
