Due to inactivity from TTS employees I've decided to fix these issues by:
-Creating & enforcing patrol logs for EiT-ERT. (Will be created and shouted w/ instructions later.)
-Enforcing HR logs for Supervisor - Board Member
-Hiring more unemployed citizens.
-Reopening the Board Member rank (will act as a BOD)
I'll be mass hiring and choosing high ranks accordingly.
