I am philip, and here are the rules I think should be added. 1. Posts over 3-4 weeks cannot get moderated if reported. It can be a weapon to people who attempt to get other people banned by reporting old posts, not to mention it being a waste of time to moderators on forums. 2. An automated message given to a poster if it contains something potentially against the rules. If a post is detected as inappropriate before posted, the poster will be stopped and not able to post the post detected. 3. Lock posts older than 3-4 weeks. Posts older than 3-4 weeks will be locked and not able to be posted on. Again, people use this as a weapon to get others banned by reporting older posts.

Thing 2 already happens. But on the other hand, it could use improvement, because you do get automated messages if you post something inappropriate, but it doesn't tell you what is inappropriate.

1) Support, if something isn't reported at first it shouldn't be reported at all. 2) No support, it shouldn't be stopped but it should tell you what it inappropriate so if it isn't an actual inappropriate word (for example, in trading i asked anyone if they want to make a j01nt trade account and I had to retype about 3 minutes of posting [yeah, cry me a river, alex]) 3) Support, this might stop some of the necrobumping.
