Let Mobile players change the Graphics

Why is it that only people on PC get to change their graphics settings? Some mobile players would be grateful if they could lower their graphics so they can play more advanced games that they couldn't play beforehand. After all, it's the least you can do since you haven't fixed the Kindle Fire problem which has lasted two months... ._.

Well. It's not actually advanced. There's a problem with my device brand. It makes the game lag more then it used to. So if I could lower the graphics I could play games easier. Games like Natural Disaster Survival, etc.
