Whenever the opportunity arises I allow people from the group to have the chance to be guild masters! As a guild master there will be several things expected of you from the Magic Council/Devs and me which I will list in this forum:
- BEING ACTIVE
The #1 reason why I replace Guild Masters is because they fail to keep their guild active and running which doesn't help the players affiliated with that guild. The guild master themselves doesn't have to be active themselves (preferred if they are though) as they can hire a few second in commands to keep the guild active in their absence.
- RULES
As a guild master, you have to listen to what the MC tell you inside and outside the game in regards to FTR. They give warnings or tell you important messages from me. MC woll report to me and then give out warnings to GM's if guild activity has slowed down due to poor leading, if any guild masters are abusing their rank in terms of choosing friends as high rankings (doesn't include second in commands) and exploiting. If you're caught exploiting or you are affiliated with someone who is exploiting in FTR, you'll simply be banned from all my games.
- INITIATIVE
If a guild finds that their activities are too repetitive or are always boring, GM's need to find a way to make things fun again! Maybe plan events with other guilds at places and do events at the GMG stadium. If you need access to a certain place to do an activity for the guild, let me know as I'd be happy to help. It's just as a GM I'd like it if people could organise and do things themselves rather than ask me for ideas and such all the time because I'm normally busy with updates.

Many guild masters will be dropped or new guilds will be created, but me or the dev team will let you know when spaces are open! If you have any questions - post them below.
