After the embarrassing incident with PewDiePie's ROBLOX lets play, I think its pretty clear to everyone here, that ROBLOX's front page algorithms are absolute garbage. I'm getting tired of low-effort garbage becoming popular, because users are abusing popular trends. It sickens me, and it makes ROBLOX look awful. I have a category proposal that would replace it, and I'd like to hear what everyone here thinks about it. The new category will be called "Trending" It will be a version of the Popular category, personally tailored for people who are your age. How it works: Games are sorted for you based on a game's "score" in my algorithm. The higher the game's score, the higher in the list it will appear. How the score is calculated: L = # of players who have liked this game in the past day, who are close to your age D = # of players who have disliked this game in the last 24 hours, who are close to your age Score = NumberOfPlayersInGame*(L/(L+D)) In case you don't understand math (O_o) heres a more english explanation of it. This algorithm calculates the score by multiplying the number of players in the game, by the likes to dislikes ratio from the last 24 hours, whose likes and dislikes have come from people with a similar age to you. #NO. I can't wait to see ROBLOX fall apart, i bet it'll be a pleasant sight departing from ROBLOX to Blockland (which i will soon purchase) in a Blockland jeep, all explosions behind me action movie style with R$ flying everywhere and the Staff running away in terror as the "cancerous" side of ROBLOX arises from the firey ashes of the ROBLOX HQ... (Okay, maybe i over exaggerated.. It'll probably be something amongst the lines of this: *Normal time at ROBLOX*.. *Website randomly shuts down & games shut down*, Site looks similar to the Maintenance but obviously says: "ROBLOX is done, gone, sorry.")

Great idea though maybe it can coexist with the Popular tab so people can stil play on games with the most amount of people regardless of how bad it is (there are some people who an obbession over this)

I agree and disagree, i dislike the age system idea but the popular page does need to be fixed. Lets say i am 17 (A example) and i want to play a game normally played by younger people, where would i find it? Sure its not a bad idea to put effort into looking for the game you want to play, but instead of recommending games based on age, it should base it on personal interest.
