Hello fellow Marines, Docklands Police Department members and State of Docklands members. I am Marine Training Instructor Monaldo and i am running for Senior Admiral.
There is only one reason i am running for Senior Admiral: to bring change. DPD:Marine Division is the least respected allied department with DPD and i will change that attitude so that being in the Marines as an accomplishment and a very high honour.
Furthermore, as Senior Admiral is an obligement that they must host tryouts (which i will do often and regularyly) to ensure that the growth of the Marine Division surges and one day become the ultimate Ally of DPD. I will also not allow anybody into the DPD:Marine Division, only to accept those who have the skills and mindset that is required.
Likewise, i am one of the most active people on Roblox as through the whole day i am wondering what do to, to host a training or go to a training. However activity may drop due to school approaching (yet i will not let this stop me).
Additionally, and most crucially, i have the values and skills that are necessary for this job. I am very professional and not let anything from my personal life into this. Also, i am very strict and have no tolerance for abuse, disrespect and disobedience. I may be strict but i am also gentle as i know that mistakes happen because we are only human, therefore i will not only discipline the lower ranks but also mentor and empathize with them.
Lastly, i have experience of a role of leadership because in the Docklands Police Department i am a new HR Superintendent that brings new things onto the table, be it ideas for change or a training. Moreover, i am currently a Marines Training Instructor so i have some understanding of the Marines world and i host trainings for my fellow Marines and DPD members alike so that they can grow, develop and evolve.
For change, prosperity and hope choose Monaldo as Senior Admiral.
